4 Easy Stages To A Chocolate Graphics® Licence
   
The Chocolate Graphics® Business
Application Process is comprised of four stages. Each
stage reflects four structures of communication and
enquiry. At each stage the applicant learns more about
the Chocolate Graphics® Business and contemplates their
licensing options before continuing on to become a
Chocolate Graphics® success story.
Stage 1
   
This is the initial stage of application and enquiry.
- Your
enquiry is received by Chocolate Graphics International
and you will be sent:
- International
Business Overview (IBO)
- Non-disclosure,
Non-use Document (NDNU) - this legally binding
document ensures both parties remain in a confidentiality
agreement.
- A
registration form is included for the qualifying
process.
Stage 1 applications attract a 10 day time
allowance due to the large volume of applicants received
daily from potential licensees.

Stage 2
   
Once you have completed and returned the following
Stage 1 documents:
- Registration
Form
- Non-disclosure,
Non-use (NDNU)
Chocolate Graphics International sends to you:
- List
of Professional Partners
- Manual
Production Centre Proposal (PCL)
- Offer
to purchase chocolate samples so you conduct your
own market research.
- Expression
of Interest Document (EOI)
- When
signed and returned to Chocolate Graphcis International,
with a small deposit, this secures your territory
while Chocolate Graphics International arranges
a meeting with you and approves your application.
To ensure that Chocolate Graphics
International processes all applications received
fairly, there is a deadline of 21 days for
the return of the Expression of Interest (EOI) and
the small deposit. This time allocation allows Chocolate
Graphics International to fairly process the constant
amount of enquiries received daily from potential
Licensees.

Stage 3
   
Once you have completed and returned the following
Stage 2 items:
- Expression
of Interest (EOI) and small deposit
- Ordered
chocolate samples
Chocolate Graphics International will now send you
details about your requested territory:
- Estimated
Capital Expense (ECE)
- Heads
of Agreement (HOA)
Due to legal requirements, Chocolate
Graphics International provides participants with
a 21 day dealine to sign and return the Heads of Agreement
(HOA) alond with a deposit of 20% of the agreed License
Fee.

Stage 4
   
Chocolate Graphics International has now received
from you the items from Stage 3:
- Heads
of Agreement (HOA)
- 20%
of the agreed License Fee
Chocolate Graphics International will now arrange
with you:
- Drafting
of the Licensee Agreement which is based upon the
agreed details listed in the Heads of Agreement
(HOA) document.
- A meeting
with you to discuss the final details of the License
Agreement.
- Final
signing of the License Agreement.
- Depending
on location, the contract may be signed in :
