by Chocolate Graphics® as a result of the

Agreement, including, but not limited to, any
damage to, or loss of functionality, productivity
or data caused by the introduction of a virus
or similar program or any intrusion on the Site.
- The
Site contains Chocolate Graphics® information,
program functions and pictures ("Availables").
Availables on this Site may only be used to support
the purpose of the business relationship between
the User and Chocolate Graphics®. Other use
is restricted without the prior written permission
of Chocolate Graphics®. Any unauthorised use
of any material contained on the Site may violate
copyright laws, communications regulations and
statutes.
- The
User does not acquire any intellectual property
rights under this Agreement.
- The
Site is subject to change at any time at Chocolate
Graphics®' discretion and without prior written
notice.
- Chocolate
Graphics® makes no representations or warranties
whatsoever that the access to the Site will be
uninterrupted or error-free. Further Chocolate
Graphics® makes no representations or warranties
whatsoever for the Availables provided on the
Site whether express or implied, including, but
not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for purpose and in no event shall
Chocolate Graphics® be liable to the User
for loss or damages arising from the use of the
Site or Availables on the Site.
- Information
regarding products represented on this Site, including
their appearance and specification, and services
on this Site are subject to change without notice.
- Chocolate
Graphics® makes no representations or warranties
whatsoever that the pricing information contained
within the Site is accurate and current. All pricing
appearing within the Site must be confirmed by
sales staff at Chocolate Graphics® before
it is deemed to be valid.

parties agree that this Agreement based on these
terms and conditions is governed by the laws of
Australia, and in the event of any dispute as
a result of this Agreement, the parties submit
themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Australian Courts.
