relationship between the User and
Chocolate Graphics®. Other use is
restricted without the prior written
permission of Chocolate Graphics®. Any

regulations and statutes.
3. The User
does not acquire any intellectual
property rights under this Agreement.

is subject to change at any time at
Chocolate Graphics®' discretion and
without prior written notice.

representations or warranties whatsoever
that the access to the Site will be
uninterrupted or error-free. Further
Chocolate Graphics® makes no
representations or warranties whatsoever
for the Availables provided on the Site
whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to, implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for
purpose and in no event shall Chocolate
Graphics® be liable to the User for loss
or damages arising from the use of the
Site or Availables on the Site.

governed by the laws of Australia, and
in the event of any dispute as a result
of this Agreement, the parties submit
themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Australian Courts.
